Membership of the La Clémentine online shop is free. Once you are a member, you will not need to type your name and contact details again. You can also order without joining.
Member benefits
- Quicker checkout: when you are signed in, your name, phone number and email address are filled in for you.
- Order history: see your past orders and receipts on My Page.
Points
You earn points in our shops and on online orders, and can use them at the till in our shops.
- Earning: 1 point for every ¥100 you spend (before tax, excluding shipping)
- Using: 1 point = ¥1 off your bill in our shops
- Expiry: 10 years from your last use
In our shops, show your membership card when you pay to collect points.

Updating your details / closing your account
- Signing in: you sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your registered email address. There is no password.
- Name and contact details: you can change them at any time on My Page.
- Closing your account: you can do this from Close my account. Your member details (name and contact details) are deleted. Your past orders stay in our records but are no longer linked to an account.
