●We accept changes to reservations until December 15 (Tuesday).
●If you contact us to cancel by December 15 (Tuesday), we will provide a full refund. For online credit card payments, the refund will be credited to your card. Please note that the charged amount will not be reversed; instead, the refund will appear as a separate line item in your card statement (the timing of the credit varies by card company). For in-store payments, refunds will be processed at the shop where you made your reservation.
●From December 16 (Wednesday) onwards, we will be in preparation and cannot accept cancellations or process refunds.
●Collection is available from December 22 (Tuesday) to 25 (Friday). Please come by at a time convenient for you during business hours.
