How ordering works
- 1Choose your cakeChoose the size, a message plate, candles and any other options.
- 2Choose how to receive itEither collect in store or have it shipped.
- 3Enter your detailsYour name, phone number and email address — we send your confirmation by email.
- 4PaymentDepending on how you receive your order, you can pay in store or pay by card in advance.
- 5Confirmation emailWe email your order details and a QR code to show when you collect.
Collection and delivery
Store collection
Collect at the store and on the date you chose. Show our staff the QR code in your confirmation email — or just give your order number or name. You can pay in store, or pay by card in advance.
Shipping
We deliver to the address you give us. Shipped orders are paid by card in advance. Delivery charges depend on the destination and the items. Choose the delivery prefecture and the charge and earliest delivery date appear.
Ways to pay
- Paying in storeStore collection only — pay at the counter when you collect.
- Credit card — payment is taken on Stripe's secure page.
Collection store
- Narita Main Store (collection 10:00〜18:00)
- Aeon Style Narita (collection 11:00〜19:00)
Please come during the collection hours shown above. We are closed on store holidays.
Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel, please email info@clementine.co.jp as soon as you can. We will reply by email to confirm.
