● A free ice pack is included (keeps for about 60 minutes; about 30 minutes in summer). If you will be carrying the cake for more than an hour, we recommend a cool bag.
A note from the store *required
●We can accept changes to your reservation until December 15 (Tuesday).
●If you contact us to cancel by December 15 (Tuesday), we will provide a full refund. If you paid online by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. The original charge will not be cancelled; instead, the refund will appear as a separate credit on your card statement (the timing of the credit may vary depending on your card company). If you paid in-store, we will process your refund at the shop where you made your reservation.
●From December 16 (Wednesday) onwards, we will have begun preparations for your order, so we cannot accept cancellations or process refunds.
●Collection is available from December 22 (Tuesday) to December 25 (Friday). Please come in at any time during business hours that is convenient for you.
