A note from the store *required
●We accept changes to reservations until December 15 (Tuesday).
●If you contact us to cancel by December 15 (Tuesday), we will issue a full refund. For payments made online by credit card, the refund will be credited to your card. Please note that the charged amount will not be cancelled, but will appear as a refund on your card statement (the timing of when this appears varies by card issuer). For payments made in-store, we will process the refund at the shop where you made your reservation.
●From December 16 (Wednesday) onwards, we will be preparing your order and cannot accept cancellations or refunds.
●Collection is available from December 22 (Tuesday) to 25 (Friday). Please pick up at a time that suits you during our business hours.
