● A free ice pack is included (keeps for about 60 minutes; about 30 minutes in summer). If you will be carrying the cake for more than an hour, we recommend a cool bag.
A note from the store *required
● Changes to your reservation can be accepted until December 15 (Tuesday).
● If you request cancellation by December 15 (Tuesday), we will provide a full refund. If you paid online by credit card, the refund will be credited to your card. Please note that the charge will not be cancelled, but will appear as a refund in your card statement (the timing of the refund depends on your card company). If you paid in-store, we will refund you at the shop where you made your reservation.
● From December 16 (Wednesday) onwards, we will be in preparation, so we cannot accept cancellations or process refunds.
● Your collection date is December 22 (Tuesday) through 25 (Friday). Please pick up at a time convenient for you during our business hours.
