A few notes
- Orders made in store are taken at the shop where you would like to collect your cake.
- Our Narita Main Shop is happy to answer any questions.
- Decoration may differ depending on the ingredients and ornaments available.
- Some items close early, so ordering in good time is the safest.
- Candles are not included. We are happy to add them on the day of collection.
- Prices on the day may differ from those on the menu.

When can I place an order?
Online orders open on October 5th, and in-store orders on October 10th. We accept orders until December 15th.

From Tuesday, December 22nd to Friday, December 25th.
Can I collect outside those dates?
Collection on December 19th–21st is also available, from our regular menu(orders close December 15th).
We are unable to accept collection from December 26th onward. For dates after the 26th, we can decorate an item from our birthday menu in a Christmas style (see below).
For corporate or large orders, we remain flexible throughout December — feel free to ask us.

Can I order at either shop?
Orders are taken at the shop where you would like to collect your cake. The same applies for collection at Soyora Narita New Town.
Online orders are available for collection at Narita Main Shop and Aeon Style Narita only.
The collection shop cannot be changed once an order is placed.

Can I order a birthday cake?
From December 22nd to 25th, please choose from our Christmas menu.
Candles are handed to you on the day of collection. On the 24th and 25th, name plates are provided separately, alongside the cake.

I would like a Christmas cake after December 26th
We can decorate an item from our birthday menu in a Christmas style, with a Christmas plate, holly and cellophane (¥550 incl. tax).

Can I have a message plate?
On the 24th and 25th, birthday plates are provided separately, alongside the cake(at Soyora Narita New Town they are placed on the cake as usual).
“Merry Christmas” plates are one of the designs shown on the menu. The design cannot be specified.

Can I order a picture cake?
Picture cakes are unavailable from December 19th to 26th.
Do you have sizes larger than No. 8 (24cm)?
This season we accept orders up to No. 8 (24cm).
Do you have cakes for allergies?
Among our Christmas cakes, only the Gâteau Chocolat is made without wheat.

Can you make it less sweet, or without alcohol?
For the Junnama Shortcake only, we can do so for collection up to December 19th.
Can I order baked sweets together with a cake?
We accept these for collection up to December 21st, or from December 27th onward.
Do you have cream puffs or pudding?
They are unavailable from December 1st to January 4th, and return on January 5th.
Will cakes be available without an order?
We expect to have around 10 kinds of petits gâteaux, apart from a few that rest over the season.
Christmas cakes marked with a ★ on the menu are also sold on the day. As they may sell out depending on orders received, we recommend ordering limited items in advance.

Will the shop be busy?
The 24th is expected to be especially busy. We would be grateful if you could allow a little extra time.

Do you deliver?
We deliver only for corporate customers and partners who order with us each year.
We do not deliver to private homes.
For large orders, we will look into it once we know the number of cakes, the date and time, and roughly where they are going — feel free to ask at our Narita Main Shop.
